I, for one, desire to live in a peaceful community where everything is just safe and comfortable. But that is just a dream for we know that we live in a world where harmful situations just lurk everywhere, even in the places where we think are safe.
The people who are in jail are so many but you would be shocked at the number of people who break out of prisons as well. See the infographic below for more information.
And when you hear of criminal escaping jail, that is just nightmare, especially to the people who sent him behind bars because that means he is out for revenge. We can never be too careful. We have to pray with all kinds of prayers and petitions so that our family and friends would be safe from all kinds of harm. And I guess, the crime-free situation just exists in heaven.

That is indeed shocking to know that these criminals are on the loose!
The problem is, the punishment is not enough. If they are more then there would be second thoughts in doing the crime. The justice system is also lacking in the sense that innocent people are being punished while the real culprit is free.
yeah, i think so too. if i remember right, here in the philippines, when the death penalty was still in effect, there were much fewer crimes.
Most of those who regularly commit crime, or commit serious offences, have some deep psychological issues that need addressing. Should this not take place, this behaviour will continue.
a place with no crime i agree can be found in heaven only. i too dream to live in a place of crime free especially having a daughter and no guy around the house. We we’re once robbed while we were sleeping..thanks GOD kasi where very much asleep while the burglar is doing his stuff..
